For the 4% of babies that are still breech at term, and depending on your state law, scope of practice, skill/experience level, and timing, the options might be limited. But in case that you are trained at this skill, a Gentle Midwifery Version may be an option that can be offered to your clients. As always, choices that protect midwives come with an informed consent/refusal and good solid documentation of it!
